At Stoko, we want to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail, with tracking on every parcel.

Our Shipping Tiers

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free on orders over £100, otherwise £3.99.

• Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our fastest delivery, £7.99.

These times are on top of a 1-2 business day processing time while we pack your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. 

Need to make a change?

If you have questions about a pending order or need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping method.
